Company Superintendent Roy Gmitter is a skilled painter with nearly 10 years of experience. Gmitter has been with A&R since its founding and today still personally supervises each crew.

Roy Gmitter
Superintendent
Roy Gmitter grew up outside of Portland, OR and currently resides in North Seattle, WA with his wife and daughter.  He is a graduate of The University of Portland. 

Roy began his painting career in 1997 and was a partner in a painting company in northern California.  He has been privileged to be a team member on a couple projects which have been featured on the television show Curb Appeal, a production of the HGTV network, as well as working for the George Lucas Ranch in Marin County, California.  Roy has had experience in all aspects of the painting industry from new construction, commercial and residential properties, as well as multi-million dollar estates. 

Chad Fisher
Co-Owner
Chad Fisher grew up in South Seattle in the Seahurst area and currently still resides in South Seattle in Gregory Heights with his wife and daughter. 

Chad Fisher, Co-Founder, previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 9 years and left holding the title of Senior Manager in IT Audit. Chad is a CPA and holds a Business Degree with an Accounting concentration from the University of Washington.

Dan Randall
Co-Owner
Dan Randall grew up in South Seattle in Normandy Park and currently resides in Bothell. 

Dan Randall, Co-Founder, was an officer in the US Navy stationed in San Diego California. Dan attended Western Washington & the University of Washington and received a degree in Economics.
