Kitchen Cabinet Repaint — White Cabinet Refinishing Process

This video shows a full kitchen cabinet repaint, documenting the process from preparation through the final white finish.

At the start of the project, we remove the cabinet doors and drawers and begin detailed surface preparation. The cabinet boxes are prepped in place. All substrates are thoroughly sanded to promote proper adhesion. Open seams are caulked, surface defects are repaired with wood filler, and everything is carefully reviewed before moving into the priming stage.

Once prep is complete, the cabinets move into primer application. A dedicated primer coat is applied to create a uniform, durable foundation for the finish. After curing, all surfaces are sanded again to refine the surface and eliminate any remaining imperfections. We then remove all dust to ensure a clean environment for finishing.

The video concludes with the completed kitchen cabinets. The final white finish is smooth, consistent, and factory-like, reflecting the importance of disciplined preparation, controlled spraying, and professional finishing techniques.
